We are closely monitoring the rapidly evolving situation regarding the new coronavirus (COVID-19). We will follow all government guidance and keep you up to date. We have increased our cleaning and hygiene routine to ensure Making Space is a safe and clean environment for all our visitors.
We have a number of activities coming up and people may be understandably concerned about what happens if we are unable to run events.
At present, we are not cancelling any activities. If we decide to, or are told we must, in the first instance we will try to find alternative dates for workshops. If this is not possible we will refund all those who have booked a place.
As per our general booking guidelines, if you are unable to attend a workshop which is still running, in the first instance we will try to fill your place. If able to do so, we can refund your fee. If not, we will offer you the opportunity to use your fee as credit towards an alternative event.
Under normal circumstances, refunds are offered at the discretion of the Director. If the situation changes, we will revise our refund policy to reflect the circumstances. Keep an eye on our website and social media for up to date information.
