Making it Happen – a Maker Progression Event

Faye Hughes, Making Space’s Director, hosts our first Maker Progression event of 2023.

Ever attended an exhibition and wonder how they made it all happen? Want to find a way to get funding to make or share your work? This workshop session will help you explore what may be possible for makers – from how to create an exhibition, design and manage a project or fund the progression of your work. We will discuss who funds what, what they want to see and how you can deliver that, how to increase your engagement and who to partner with. We hope you will leave empowered to make things happen for yourself in 2023.

These sessions are held in small groups, so that Faye can discuss how the skills can be applied to your specific practise, needs and challenges.
