Description:
Learn the basic techniques including throwing, coiling and slabbing, so that you can gain a foundation of skills that can lead to creation of your own pieces. While our pottery course is suitable for all levels of experience, our experienced tutor Peter Levy has a very free-flowing teaching style which is particularly suited to those with some knowledge of working with clay. For absolute beginners we recommend considering Kelly Thayanukulvat’s Monday evening class.
For the more experienced ceramicist wanting to expand their skills, Peter will support you with individual tuition as required but also give you the freedom to pursue your own projects.
What’s Included:
Each 5-week course includes all tools and equipment. A starter pack of materials is also included and additional materials can be purchased as required from the tutor.
