Making Space is seeking a Marketing Assistant (Duty Manager) Casual £9 per hour
Average of 7 hours a week for 30 weeks a year during term time, includes 2 evening shifts and 1-hour day time meeting.
Making Space, a craft centre with studios and learning spaces based in Leigh Park, is looking to appoint a self-motivated person who has experience working in venues and can help to promote the work of and contribute to the marketing plans of the organisation.
You should have good organisational and IT skills and be able to prioritise and meet deadlines. Written and spoken communication skills are essential as this role involves working with the public, tenants and artists. Knowledge of the visual arts and experience of working in an arts venue would be an advantage.
