Reach Out – Easter Break Workshop

Reach Out is a series of SEN craft workshops for children and young people with additional needs who cannot access mainstream activities.

2024 EASTER BREAK

Thursday April 11th 10am – 3pm

Join us for some creative fun this Easter.

Shadow Puppets & Theatres

During this fun workshop you will be designing and making your own shadow puppets, props and theatres. Spend the morning coming up with a story & character. You will then make a puppet, any props needed to tell your story and a theatre using cardboard and other recycled items! Before the day is out have some fun recording your own short story.

Reach Out workshops are exclusively for Hampshire young people who have a Gateway Card+. All existing previous Gateway Card holders need to have applied for a new one in order to come to these sessions. This is a full day workshop, with a break for lunch

• These sessions are designed for the young person to attend on their own, giving the parent a short break. Parents are welcome to stay if they child prefers it. Parents are not intended to come in and do the workshop as well.
• The cost for the full day is £25, this includes all materials.
• There are 6 places per workshop only so please book early to avoid disappointment. Places will be sold on a first come first served basis, with payment securing your place.
