Whether you need regular studio space or a room for your creative workshop, Making Space may just be your space
We have seven individual studio spaces to let in our Hampshire building as well as two fully equipped workshops that are available for hire, either as creative spaces or for business meetings.
If you’re a professional artist or maker looking to develop your practice or business, you can apply to rent a studio for an initial two years. You can also hire one of our rooms for your one-off or regular event, course or maker meet-up.
They’re great for teambuilding workshops, away-days and private events, as well as teaching and training. We can even help you plan a bespoke celebratory creative event like a hen party or a children’s craft birthday party.

Residential Studios
Our residential studios are intended as start-up spaces for makers at the outset of their professional practice, but from time to time more established artists take up residency as well.
Each studio is approximately 16 m sq, and these are let for a minumum of 1 year up to a maximum of 5.
Tenancy includes 24/7 access, metered electricity, parking, wifi and all the benefits of being part of a thriving creative community.
